Quick Info;
They exist in most mythologies and religions. Rivals to the gods who made even the divine shake with fear. Typhon, Jormungandr, Ravana, Yamata no Orochi... The strength to hold up the sky, to wind around the world, to throw a hundred mountains, to churn the oceans like stirring a pot. Their strength can only be described in one word.
Illogical.
In a realm ruled by gods, the king of the gods was told a shocking prophecy. One day, he would be overthrown by the youngest child of the earth and the sky. Seeking to cheat his fate, the king proposed to arrange the marriage of the sky and earth, then take the earth's womb and hide it away where there was no time. The child would never be born and no new children could be conceived. They pretended to agree with this plan she secretly removed her own womb early, tricking the king of the gods with an immaculate geode. Knowing the child would eventually be found, she gently tossed her womb into the chaos between realms- knowing he would one day return to fulfil his destiny.
Her love hardened the outside of her removed womb, which became an egg. Protecting the child, until it crashed like a meteor in an untamed reality. He hatched, safe and sound, but all alone.
He has grown into a man now, surviving amongst nature. With no civilisation, he has spent his time in nature learning. Watching the world around him, learning the movements of animals to form a style of martial arts. And as he learns the qualities of their bodies, he can imitate them in shape as well. If he learns the motion of a river, he can become a river. If he learns the speed of a viper strike, he can turn his arms to vipers. And when a volcano erupted, he learnt the ways of fire.
The chaos he finds himself in is beyond description in terms of danger. Beasts, monsters, savage weather and catastrophes, but also beautiful and pure. The godly being is much the same. He is a pure and wild warrior, without a hint of civilisation to restain his decency or his fury.
He doesn't know anything else and is quite happy. And sometimes he looks at the swirling sky and wonders if he should explore out there too. One day he will visit many worlds, before achieving his destiny.
He doesn't have a name, though doesn't mind being given one by others.
